These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atom Academy's websites, applications, content, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Conduct and Account Usage

Single-user access: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared.
Account termination: Atom Academy may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity, illegal behavior, security risks, or violations of these Terms (including use of rooted/jailbroken devices, screen recording, sharing content publicly, or sharing credentials) without prior notice.
No refund on termination for cause: If your account is terminated due to a violation, refunds will not be issued.
Technical responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your device(s) and internet meet the minimum technical requirements. We are not liable for disruptions caused by your hardware, software, network, or third-party outages.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: All materials, including but not limited to tests, questions, explanations, videos, graphics, UI/UX elements, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of Atom Academy and/or its licensors, protected by applicable IP laws.
Anti-piracy: Reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, scraping, or reverse engineering of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
No guarantee of success: We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, college admission, or outcome.

3. Payments and Refunds

Digital products (including Test Series and DLP) are generally non-refundable once purchased and activated.
Live/Instructor-led programs may have a limited refund within 7 days, subject to a cancellation fee as specified on the course page.
No refunds after the specified deadline and no refunds if you are ineligible for the target exam.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment or course start, and refunds are subject to deductions for processing fees or delivered services.
No refunds will be granted if more than 20% of course content is accessed or downloaded; approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

4. Privacy Policy Highlights

By using our services, you consent to collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Explicit consent for collection, storage, and use of personal and sensitive data.
Information collected may include contact details, demographic data, academic history, and identity documents.

Marketing and publicity (including use of name, photo, or achievements with consent, especially for high ranks).

Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption, firewalls) but do not guarantee absolute security.
Data subject rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations and retention requirements.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Atom Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Changes, Contact, and Grievance

We may update these Terms and our policies from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
